Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers, and you have the right to cancel an agreement within 30 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several items in one order, and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the withdrawal period runs from when you or another person chosen by you, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You cancel by notifying us that you wish to cancel. Notification of cancellation should be sent by e-mail to info@northlatitude.dk. You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel by refusing to accept the item or by failing to pick it up without simultaneously notifying us that you wish to cancel. 

The right of withdrawal is exercised if you send an unambiguous notice of your cancellation of the purchase before the withdrawal period has expired.

Cancellation of part of the purchase 
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. 

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you cancel part of your purchase.  

Return 
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. 
You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.
